From an early age, I’ve felt at home in the kitchen. Some of my fondest memories are of my mum preparing fresh, home-cooked meals for our family, day in and day out. Entertaining was always a part of our household — my parents loved to host, and I grew up surrounded by good food, music, and the kind of energy that turns a gathering into something special.

That passion has stayed with me. Whether it’s a relaxed Sunday with family and friends sharing fresh caught spot prawns, or an elegant five-course anniversary dinner, I genuinely love to cook and I thrive on creating memorable experiences around the table.
